Thank you to everyone at VisaVerde CS S.L. for all of your help in buying our apartment, but in particular Sue Hook & Connie who couldnt have been more friendly and helpful in answering our many questions and for making sure everything went through so quickly.

To Marilyn, Connie, Tanya and all the other girls. We are sorry we haven't written sooner but this has been a very busy time for us, Mum has now got a moving out date and we have all been frantic getting het furniture and personal treasures ready to be moved to our new house in the sunshine.

We have also been decorating a bedroom in our house for her to move into untill we all can move permanently to Tenerife, which could be as soon as April 2004, we have our son's wedding in December this year and as soon as that is over we can prepare to move, this will be 2 years sooner than first planned.

We have found that since even the very short stay in our new house it has been very difficult to settle down and get back to work here.

We would like to thank you all so very much in helping us fulfil our dream to move into the sun and with all your help and sound advice we have done this.

We were very nervous about all the form filling and especially not speaking the language you helped us to understand what the procedure was and guided us every step of the way. Without you help we could not have turned our dream into reality you all made it so simple despite the hiccup on the final day of signing. We hope Tanya's car has survived the frantic drive up the motorway to Oratava.We feel that although this started out as a business venture we have now gained many friends and hope that we can keep in touch.

We hope that we are next in Tenerife we will be able to meet up with you again. We will keep bringing the Batternburg Cake as long as we can.Thank you again for all the help and support you have given us over the last 6 months and we look forward to seeing you in the near future. Best wishes.

Liebe Connie, wie besprochen teilen wir gern unsere positiven Erfahrungen mit VisaVerde CS S.L. fur Euer Gastebuch mit, Die Zusammenarbeit mit Dir und Andreas war sehr gut. Wir haben uns von Anfang an gut aufgehoben gefuhlt. Ihr habt uns immer nur Objekte gezeigt, die gezielt unseren Vorstellungen entsprachen. Fur die Besichtigung der Objekte mit uns habt Ihr euch immer sehr viel Zeit genommen und die fur uns zur Kaufentscheidung wichtigen Unterlagen sofort besorgt.

Auch wenn wir wieder in Deutschland waren, habt Ihr uns per Email Angebote geschickt, die wir uns dann im nachsten Urlaub mit Euch angeschaut haben. Zu keinem Zeitpunkt hatten wir das Gefuhl, zu irgendeinem Kauf gedrangt oder vernachlassigt zu werden. Wichtig fur uns war und ist auch die tolle Betreuung nach dem Kauf. Alle Formalitaten mit den Amtern und Versorgern wurden nicht nur toll vorbereitet sondern auch kurzfristig mit uns erledigt. Wir sind mit Visa Verde voll und ganz zufrieden und konnen Euch nur weiterempfehlen.
