Sinds ik in 2002 voor het eerst op het heerlijke eiland Tenerife kwam, was ik verkocht aan die heerlijke zon en de spaanse gastvrijheid. Niet voor niets dus besloten we onlangs daar zelf een appartement te kopen voor vakanties en voor straks, als de kinderen wat groter zijn, het overwinteren in de zon. Via google ben ik terechtgekomen bij visaverde.com
De Nederlandse Cristine heeft me echt letterlijk van a tot z overal mee geholpen. Van het zoeken naar geschikte appartementen tot het regelen van een schoonmaakster voor het appartement bij evt. verhuur, echt alles heeft ze voor me gedaan. Eerst gezellig tien verschillende opties bekeken, na de keuze samen mee in de vroege ochtend naar het 'gemeentehuis' voor een NIE nummer. We hebben samen heel wat koffie op en al snel wist ik dat ik voor 100% op haar en haar bedrijf kon vertrouwen.
Dat vertrouwen heeft ze ook waargemaakt. Ook na het bezoek en de daadwerkelijke koop bij de notaris bleef haar aandacht en nazorg perfect en toegewijd. Wat ik ook wilde vragen over zaken, mensen of adressen in Tenerife, altijd een goed en doordacht antwoord.
Waar haal ik meubels? Wat te doen als ik ook een auto wil kopen hier? Ik kom met extra mensen, kun je een huur-appartement voor 8 dagen bij regelen? Altijd werd het geregeld. Ik kan gerust zeggen, ook namens mijn vriendin en broer met wie ik het appartement heb gekocht, dat we er een fijne en lieve kennis op Tenerife bij hebben.

We bought our studio in March of this year. We contacted Sue at VisaVerde CS S.L. as the property was on sale through them! Not knowing anything about buying a property in Tenerife it felt really scary!
Well, there was no need as Sue dealt with everything from getting us a viewing, taking us to get our NIE number and to the bank to organize our mortgage and bank account.
It didn't stop there, I bombarded her with questions after questions and she very patiently answered them all with a great amount of patience and detail. On the day Connie took us to the notary and we signed and then it was down to Katya to organize direct debits being setup from start to finish the service was second to none.
